Upon your arrival at the airport of Marrakech, you will find our driver that will transfer you to the hotel/riad, that you will be staying at for tonight.
After breakfast, our guide will take you in a memorable tour around the city of Marrakech. Starting with the old Market, where you will be surprised of the amount of trditional arts and crafts that has to offer; Also you will visit the well decorated Bahia palace, a great example of the Moroccan Riad with its unique architecture. Afterwards, you are going to enjoy strolling around the Majorelle gardens and escaping the sun for a while; Lunch will be in a restaurant where you will enjoy a special Marrakchi dish called “Tanjiya”. Afetr lunch, you will visit the marvelous mosque of El Koutoubia, the oldest in Marrakech; Then not far from the mosque you will visit the Minara gardens. After a quiet stay, we will move towards the historical Saadian tombs; eventually, concluding the tour n front of the charming square of “Jamaa Lefna”, with its unique ambiance. Dinner and, overnight at the riad/hotel.
After breakfast, we will start our trip south of Moroccotowards the beautiful Dades gorges, passing by the “ Hollywood of Africa” the city of Ouarzazate, where you will enjoy a traditional lunch at a restaurant. Afterwards, we will drive through the road of the thousand kasbahs, passing by many berber villages and nomad families along the road. Till we reach the Dades gorges where you will be spending the night at a local hotel with dinner included.
In today’s program , you will discover the beautiful town of boumalne Dades and the Dades gorges with their beautiful landscapes. Afterwards, we will resume our trip towards the charming Merzouga via Tinghir; where you are going to visit one of the most spectacular canyons around the world, the Todgha gorges where you will enjoy a traditional lunch at a mountain side restaurant. Thereupon, we will continue passing by Erfoud, towards the beautiful small town of Rissani where the founder of the Alaouite dynasty “Moulay Ali Cherif”. Eventually when arrived at Merzouga, we will switch to camels with our professional guide, that will take you through the golden sandy dunes of Erg Chebbi, in a memorable experience of an ancient traveler , under a romantic sunset. To reach finally our traditional camp where you will enjoy dinner and, overnight under the milky way.
Early in the morning, our guide will wake you up, so you can witness the nature’s miracle “the sunrise of Merzouga”, that you will enjoy breakfast while the sun warms your skin. Right after we will ride camels back to the town, where we will switch back to our 4x4, to continue our Trip towards Zagora. Lunch will be at the impressive town of Alnif before continuing. Dinner and, overnight at a riad in Zagora.
After breakfast, we will leave Zagora towards the city of Ouarzazate, via the small town of Agdz. Crossing the magnificient Draa valley where you will have a break at, to enjoy a carpet of oases lined along the beautiful Draa river. Afterwards, we will visit a special destination for today, standing majesticaly in the middle of the south over centuries. The kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a striking example of the southern architecture back then; a world heritage site, that was a seat for one one of the most powerful men in the 17th centuries the Pacha El Glaoui. After a guided tour, you will enjoy lunch at a restaurant in the area. Eventually, getting back to Ouarzazate, where you will spend the night at a hotel with dinner included.
In the morning, you will enjoy your breakfast at the hotel; then we will take you in a tour around the famous film studios of “Atlas studios”, where you will get to explore the infinite sets from all over the world and centuries. Then we will head over to the little sister of the Kasbah of Ben Haddou, the Kasbah of Taourirt. Late in the afternoon, we will arrive at the red city of Marrakech. Dinner and overnight at the riad/hotel.
Today and according to your voyage schedule, we will transfer you to the airport, wish you a safe flight and thank you for joining us in this journey.
