Our 4 Days Fes Marrakech Desert Trip will set off from Fes and drive toward Ifrane, the cleanest city of Morocco, 20 minutes after Ifrane we will make it to Cedar forest to take pictures of apes then head our way crossing the Atlas Mountain through the Talghmt pass, then get a stop in the Ziz valley and its little gorge. after lunch, in Errachidia we will drive to the Erfoud known by the mineralized remains of animals and plants of the ancient life to a look of local cooperation before we get to our hotels in Merzouga desert. Dinner and overnight in desert hotel.
This ideal journey in the desert is the most exceptional active day in Morocco, full of desert adventures, starting from driving in the off-road to call on a nomadic family with many kids to have a cup of tea, then head to Khamlia villages to enjoy the local music with African dances of Moroccan black-skinned tribes originally from Ghana. after having a Berber pizza from lunch we will have a short walk in a green Oasis, then start the Camel ride ranging over the dunes, enjoying the fabulous sunset between the dunes, spending a very memorable night gathering around the fire playing drums with locals under a starry sky… overnight in the camp.
The staff in the camp will make sure to arouse yous early morning to admire the glittering sunrise in the desert, after that we will have breakfast and shower, then drive our way to Dades stopping to explore Rissani famous by its simple life and buildings with very traditional souks of animals, dates and others goods. after Rissani we will get to Arfoud another traditional town known by fossils that local people dig from the small black Atlas mountains. afterwards, we will drive toward the Todra great canyon of Morocco, via the Jorf Khottara; an old huge underground irrigation system then gets to our accommodation in Ddaes at the afternoon.
The last Journey of the trip will be the journey of farewell to the Sahara desert after crossing the high Atlas Mountains to the green side of Morocco, but before this, we will cross the Dades and rose valley to visit Most the traditional Amridil Kasbah of Morocco that shows the life of the Berber people. after that, we will get to Ouarzazate nicknamed Hollywood of Africa due to the international movies that filmed in the town cinema Atlas studio, such as The Mummy, Lawrence of Arabia, Bible… then get to Marrakech at afternoon after ranging over the high Atlas Mountains.
